* My AI Methodology

I believe AI is bad for society, our cognition, and the artistic process. I don’t use it to generate storylines, dialogue, or characters, but do use it to create visual assets that I then modify and layer in Canva. It isn’t an ideal process because the algorithm constantly steers me away from my vision, and towards an uninspired and generic version of the art I want to make. I only use AI for this comic because it’s a passion project that I’m publishing free-of-charge on my personal website. My preference would be to work with a human cartoonist; reach out if you’re an artist interested in collaborating.
